The Spokane Chapter of Credit Unions is proud to support credit union professionals throughout all stages of their careers. Please see below for more information about the scholarships we offer and to submit an application!
Offerings
Below are the different types of scholarships offered. For additional information, please see attached guidelines or submit a request through our contact form.
General Scholarship
General needs scholarship available annually for credit union related programs. Maximum of $500.00 for this type can be awarded annually per individual.
GoWest MAXX Conference Scholarship
Scholarship to cover expenses incurred attending MAXX Conference. May be used for hotel, travel, etc. This scholarship application MUST be CEO approved and signed and received by August 31st to be considered.
Credit Union Management School
For those attending Credit Union Management School. All requests must be received by May 1st and MUST have a CEO approved and signed application.
Washington State 'Hike the Hill'
One per credit union awarded annually. All applications must be submitted by January 31st to be considered.
Emerging Leaders Scholarship
Only for GoWest Emerging Leaders programs. Applications MUST be CEO approved and signed.
Young Professionals Scholarship
One winner annually. Applicants must complete application explaining how attendance will benefit their credit union.
